Day 1

This is how I ate today --
No breakfast/snack
I picked at a taco for lunch
After school, I had a two cookies and a McDonald's snack wrap. Then I had a single French fry a little later. I threw it all up, my first time forcing myself to throw up. I didn't get rid of all of it, so I drank a lot of water and gagged myself again. This was at a school bathroom late at night, when I was there for extracurriculars.

I had 40 minutes of pretty intense gym today, and I was also dancing for a while (extra curricular).

Is this good for a first day? It feels amazing.

About Me

I'm Rachel. I'm 12 and my life sucks. I have a feeling it would be so much better if I was skinnier, I need to get an eating disorder. Problem is, I have no idea how to. I could really use all of your's helps.

- I'm only 4'11, which is short for a 6th grader, so even though I have a low weight, I am completely stout.
- I'm ugly, so I might as well be skinny to make up for it
- I can never make myself throw up or restrain myself from eating. I'm a pig.
- Let me go weigh myself...

I'm 92 and blubbery. But at this rate, I'll probably 180 within a year.

I need tips...
