This is how I ate today --
No breakfast/snack
I picked at a taco for lunch
After school, I had a two cookies and a McDonald's snack wrap. Then I had a single French fry a little later. I threw it all up, my first time forcing myself to throw up. I didn't get rid of all of it, so I drank a lot of water and gagged myself again. This was at a school bathroom late at night, when I was there for extracurriculars.
I had 40 minutes of pretty intense gym today, and I was also dancing for a while (extra curricular).
Is this good for a first day? It feels amazing.

ReplyDeleteI think that your first day was a success! I think it also would have been a success if you tweeked it a little and didn't puke. But I know what you mean about how it feels like -just right.
My tip for today: Eat an apple before every meal. it will help you not over eat. And it will be the first thing in your stomach so if you purge, if anything stays it will probably be that apple. no big.
Thanks a lot :) I definitely don't want to puke every day, because I don't want people around me finding out. I think if I fill myself up with water and things like apples (as you have suggested) then I can get filled up without feeling as though I have to get rid of some dead calories.
ReplyDeleteI think I may start eating a light breakfast. I heard it makes your metabolism better for the whole day. Maybe I can just have a piece of fruit or something.
P.S. I think, because my goal is to be skinny not sick, it might be good for me to take a multivitamin. Good/bad? Your thoughts?

Yes take a multivitamin and yes eat breakfast. A SUPER idea for breakfast is an orange. Try to eat it asap after waking. It will fire up your metabolism. The more things you can do to tweek your habits just a little in good ways to boost metabolism and tone with exercise, the less restricting and purging you'll have to do in order to be skinny.
